Cancellation Policy

The Licensor grants the Licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the Work in Canada only. The license shall be valid in perpetuity and cover publication of the work in the following media only: website, social media, online advertising, editorials and magazine articles. Editorials and magazines are to credit “Lisa Amos | Caydence Photography” for photography, and, when possible, include a hyperlink to www.CaydencePhotography.ca. Any other use of the Work by The Licensee shall require a separately negotiated license (such as print, billboard use, etc). License usage rights described above are transferred upon full payment of the Invoice. Failure to make payments voids any license granted and constitutes copyright infringement. All rights not specifically granted in writing, including copyright, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. Fee for cancellations within the 24 hour window is a non-refundable cost of $85+tax. Clients are free to cancel and reschedule outside of the 24 hour window as they see fit.
