Caydence Studio works with Calgary real estate agents, interior designers, custom builders, hospitality and short-term rental owners, and businesses and professionals who need brand and headshot photography.

Caydence Studio is based in Calgary, Alberta, and shoots across many regions within two hours from the city, including Canmore, Banff, Chestermere, Okotoks, High River, Cochrane, Springbank, Airdrie, Olds, Strathmore, and more. Travel fees only apply to sessions outside a 20km radios from the city limits.

We provide a complimentary prep checklist designed specifically for properties, branding and portrait sessions. For properties we always recommend a professional cleaner be used to ensure reflective surfaces and appliances are spot free, carpets are freshly vacuumed and clutter is tucked away. Of course! You are always welcome to use our booking platform to reschedule as needed, or contact us for assistance. Scheduling outside of 24 hours before the appointment is encouraged to avoid an additional rebooking or cancellation fee.

You can use your photos and video to market your business, including your website, social media, listings, print and advertising. Under Canadian copyright law, the photographer or videographer owns the copyright, even when you've paid for the work, and you receive a license to use it. Selling, licensing or transferring the files to someone else needs a conversation first. If you need something different, such as multiple licenses for partners, tell us before you book and we'll organise this for you.
